Our commitment towards you as we face COVID-19

Thank you for your continued loyalty and trust in CCG Systems services in these uncertain times. Our commitment and responsibility towards you have never been stronger as we face the COVID-19 pandemic. COVID-19 is having a huge impact on the world and the country in general and it is up to every one of us to play our part to ensure that the spread and the effects of the virus are limited as much as possible.

As this unprecedented situation continues to develop, the safety of our clients, employees, and partners remains our top concern. Guided by the World Health Organisation (WHO), international best practice and directives by the South African Department of Health and National Institute of Communicable Diseases, CCG Systems is implementing precautionary measures to mitigate the risk of virus transmission.

Below are some of the measures that we have put in place, but the fight against COVID-19 remains a collective responsibility. We advise all clients to also follow the personal hygiene guidelines as set out by the WHO and the National Department of Health.

OUR ACTION PLAN
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, we have enhanced our support teams and have strong processes, robust systems, and dedicated staff members in place to assist you remotely. We advise all databases to be hosted by CCG Systems.

Our support and Business Whatsapp number during normal business working hours are +27 81 310 5332 Monday to Friday.

ENHANCED HYGIENE PRACTICES
We have been educating our staff in line with WHO guidelines and have implemented strict internal hygiene policies across our business such as widespread access to hand sanitiser, increased frequency of cleaning of all workspaces.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Where operationally possible we have started rolling out rotational schedules to allow staff to work from home to help mitigate the risk of spreading the virus and ensure a safer working environment for all. We are continually monitoring what is happening locally and around the world and will release any updates as the situation develops. We are continuously monitoring the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus.Let us, as South Africans, pull ourselves together. When COVID-19 finds us, let it find us while being sensible and doing human things, helping one another. Not worried, not afraid, and fear not dominating our minds!
