The Grants Realisation Module is built to fundamentally deal with the process of maintaining a grants register and the processing of monthly realization journals.

The Grants Module is user friendly and makes recognising grants quicker and more effective. It monitors and records expenditure on a daily basis that is related to a specific grant, based on the funding source.

The module allows the user to review these transactions prior to the process. Besides the initial setup of capturing the master data and the conditions for the grant, the rest is automated.

Once the realisation is done, the journal is automatically uploaded into the ERP system.

Click ‘realise’ once the review is completed and the income realization journal is processed in the ERP system and the grants liabilities is reduced.
